Based on absolutely nothing...

I'm thinking no.

Some cars just have it and some don't.
I think weight plays a big roll.
Overall weight.
Weight distribution. Motor placement.
Wheelbase length and width.
Suspension type.
Brakes. Hydraulic or cable.
Steering ratio. Mechanical or electronic.
So many things.

My favorite car to drive was a 1970 124 Fiat Sport Spider, TONS of body roll and fairly underpowered, but the feel was wonderful. Wonderful feedback. SO much fun. :-)

Ah yes, the Italian way. It will be very interesting to see what FIAT Group (Alfa division) and Mazda have come up with for the new MX 5. Could really give our cars a run for the money.
