It looks like the passenger airbag went off so he likely had a passenger too... But as a few others have said, maybe he was trying to dodge a drunk driver or something. Who knows.

But yeah, the chances of somebody crashing as a result of doing something stupid in these cars is high. It's funny how some people always seem to think they can drive a sports car as hard as they want and not crash. Oh well, it's inevitable I guess. Even a few Bugatti Veyrons have been wrecked due to driver error.

Am I being overly responsible or are these kids just too cool to learn how the car drives?
Keep doing what you're doing. If you really want to get a feel for how it handles go autocrossing. Speeds are low, but the turns are tight. You will definitely get to experience both over and understeer in your car. Makes you a better driver, and it's a great time.

Braking power is based on tires tires tires. People keep on forgetting this. The FRS has pretty decent pads, calipers, rotors OEM, but the tires limit it's ability to stop. The guys crashing this car are just driving way too fast to be able to stop in time.

In comparison, my s2k could stop on a dime. The fun factor of this car also caters to is limited ability to stop as some other cars out there.

I hope you are joking/being sarcastic. Even if you aren't being serious, it's a horrible thing to say and the way you write it sounds like crashing a car and endangering peoples lives is a laughing matter.

I know people will loose control of this car, it's inevitable, I don't blame you for that, but please don't act like it's nothing. Grow up. It's mature of you to admit it was you, but it's not a "cool" thing you've done.

Clearly you weren't following the conversation we were having before.

But that's OK! Happy foruming!
