86 is not a race car. It is a fun car that can be raced.

That's about a 18 - 20 lbs savings in unsprung weight, with more tire (estimated because I have no idea how much weight the wider tire will add). In contrast, a carbon driveshaft seems to save about 10 lbs. If you wait until your tires need replaced anyway, the wheels will likely be less expensive as well.

Or this. If I could lay off the junk food all over the place at work, and go hiking more, I could probably drop 30 or so pounds of driver myself. If it mattered.

Also tempted to make that last part a sig.
Well, I'm not trying to make a race car, just looking for simple changes. But if the drive shaft isn't worth it then I'll stick with the exhaust and tune. I already have wheels and tires, and they're far from the lightest option, but they're still no heavier than the stock setup.

I guess I shouldn't have gotten 245/40 MPSS then...

That doesn't seem too bad. The exhaust components I want cost a lot more than that haha

I still line up. We should at least go to 50,000 posts. So sometime next week.

That's been an ongoing thing for ages now. (At least a decade FWIW)

I usually see it happen when the forum software gets confused about how many pages there are and makes a new page, but there isn't actually a post on the new page.

The instant someone makes a new post to actually require a new page, it starts to work correctly again.

What @x808drifter said...

That's the only time I see it on Random Thoughts 2 right now, and I see that on all the threads, not just here. The old Random thoughts 1 was off by 5 or 6 pages for me before we switched.

I thought someone had said it happens when there are moderated messages in a thread - the messages are still there in the forum database so it generates the page count based on that but they're not displayed to most of us so the page count doesn't line up with what we can actually see.
