I just bought 0w20 oil for my car.
Isn't that what's recommended?
At least one member on here told me it was.

I found my vacuum leak, now I'm getting -17.7 hg at idle, is that ok? Or maybe I missed another leak, I'm boosting around 9 psi, what you guys think? I have negative 8 psi on idle.

Sure for a stock powered car when you increase the power input by 50-60% ? I don't know since even manual says that a 5w-30 I don't see why people still hesitate..

I have been using 0w-40 Mobil 1 and wanted to try 5w-30 Motul V300 this time ( might be a bit overkill for street only car) mainly because some people claim tthat if the oil is too thick it may increase the friction and oil temps a bit..

I will datalog with the new oil to see if high moly content and slightly thinner oil helps

Well, my car will see pretty much track / canyon time only.
The oil will probably get changed in another 3k miles or so.
We'll see.
I'll keep an eye on the temps and go from there.

If you don't use the best oils, look to change after 1 or 2 trackdays if you peak at those temperatures. Pretty common knowledge that should be put out there if it hasn't been shared yet.

So the general consensus is, 5w-30 for daily driving and also tracking? Takes longer to warm up? I know mileage will take a hit, but I want to protect the engine best.

My Kraftwerks kit was supposed to deliver today, but I wasn't at home due to work. I'll pick it up from FedEx tomorrow. Radium catch cans show up tomorrow as well.

Possible radiator if necessary, 3 bar Omni, and some gauges and I should be ready to install.

Shout out to @KraftWerks and their excellent customer service (specifically my KW POC Jeff G). Jeff has gone out of his way to check up on me occasionally to ensure I'm still enjoying my kit, sending me the necessary items (tunes, parts) to remedy my situation. Recently he sent me parts to address the problem I've been having with my oil reservoir even though admittingly it was installer-error (error by yours truly). Highly recommended for all of you potential owners still out there on the fence about this company and their kit.

Good luck man, you'll love the kit.

I'm excited. I have my delicious tune so now I can compare it to visconti's. I'll be posting logs of both and general feedback on how they compare.

Oh well lol.
Initially the idea was to come in at that price, however the size and machining drove up the cost.
