Yeah. Pic was the morning after the job. Not worried either way. Car's held up wonderfully, so yeah. I'm happy.

You're honestly the only person to say it was anything other than nice. Now the rear diffuser and muffler on the car that day... Sure. You can dog on that. But as far as the rest of it? I'll leave criticism live as such.
I was there too and honestly thought it was dipped. I guess it was that texture.

Man, these are looking good! I might have to do this when the snow clears up.

I had a few questions though. How many cans should I expect to use to dip my whole car? How many layers to be safe? I have no experience painting cars, would I be able to handle a job like this by myself?

I wouldnt use cans to do a whole car, you'd be better off to get a nice consistant layer to use a gun...

Don't use cans. Just gallons and a spray gun. Cheaper in the end and you can apply it much better.

Hmm, that sounds a bit intimidating. Plus, I don't have any of that on hand. How much would I be looking to spend? Would I be better off having it professionally done?

About $500~ for all supplies plus 6 hrs of time maybe

professionally its around 1k from what I've seen and not really worth it as you can pick up the skills pretty quick

My frs was my first car and its kinda meh but I've done a couple more to a much better effect. @digital_assassin car is done pretty flawless and I think he is new at dipping as well
