I'm at E78 in Miami, @chadstyle got E85 the other day in Ft. Lauderdale and @lexusb3 actually got E86 once in South FL too.

Florida seems to have good alcohol...haven't seen over 60 since last summer here in PA. Hopefully we'll be in the 80's again soon.

BTW we should have kits in stock next week. Fittings were back-ordered yet again but shipment should be here middle of next week. We have everything else (harnesses, ECAs, etc....) just the fittings for the ECA sensors themselves.

@moto-mike I'm thinking about a purchase, but I'm already going to be getting a completely custom tune by Delicious in a couple weeks. Could you please clarify a couple things from the first post for me?

Quote:
Mapping is as follows:

Moto-East customer: FREE
If you have hardware/license from another EcuTek tuner: 200 for NA, 250 for SC or stock boost AVO/Greddy, 350 for high boost anything or custom turbo.
If you need a kit then it is 799/849/949 including license & hardware.
Bold - What is free? A free map?

Italic - If I'm getting a completely custom tune, then is purchasing this no longer needed...? Especially if I have a larger pump and injectors?

Underline - I need a kit, what are these three prices for? (NA/SC/HB or CT?) And those prices include the FlexFuel kit, license and cable...?

Sorry about all of the questions, just a bit confused by the wording of the first post.

Free flex fuel map is for those who have our tune. So if they got any of the NA/FI tunes without flex fuel from us, buying the kit gets the flex fuel mapping at no charge.

If you're going to have another tuner tune the car using EcuTek, then they should be easily able to make the flex fuel mapping.

Have a look at the GB we have going on here: http://www.moto-east.com/store/ft86/...group-buy.html

You can then select the tuning option most appropriate, and we have it at a discount when you bundle them up.

Installed my kit last night. One of the easiest power mods I've installed so far. Thanks @moto-mike. Nice well built kit. Awesome price point too if you take advantage of the group buy=even better.

BTW: I'm still figuring out the best placement for the display

If you really focus on the task maybe 1 hour. I always take my sweet time with beers & friends.

Open the side panel of the dash on the passenger side so that you can look thru that opening. Remove the ECU harness from top to bottom, makes things a lot easier. Good Luck !

Good point there...we'll have to document next time we put it in so it can be added in the instructions. BTW here's an all black kit we put on the other day. Looks solid. We also changed out to the fully black screw on fitting (no more blue plastic clips) for future kits.

Mine arrived.

Does it matter which way the fuel flows through the sensor?

I dont have it nearby at moment.

It doesn't. The hoses/fittings will fit only one way though.
