your best bet is checking the carfax for any warranty repairs

I might be able to do that, unless there's someone closer who would be able to - Danvers is about an hour from me. Did they say they'd let people test-drive it? I don't wanna go all the way up there only to find they won't let me drive the thing. And did they give an explanation for why it was traded?

Its a solid 50 minutes from me. I'd totally offer but I have been so busy with night grad school that I just don't think I would be able to get out that way this week. If you still can't find someone in the next week or two let me know.

If the one in Danvers doesn't work out, I've checked out this one near me and it looks straight, the dealer is known for shipping used mercedes, vettes, Jags. http://www.terryvillechevy.com/Vehic...-CT/1849832093

Mass has a lemon law so if you do get stuck with a problem you can always fight it. It applies to any car sold from mass regardless of where the resident lives or where the car is registered.

LOL, I'm pretty sure it looks exactly like this. I put a deposit on that car on Oct 14th and finally picked it up last Sunday.

I came into this forum to give Ira Subaru in Danvers are recommendation.

They currently have a new Silver M6 Limited in stock if you are considering new. If you call them talk to Emilio Rodriguez, he was super helpful dealing with all the out of state purchasing hassels and he even picked me up at the airport at 9:00am on a Sunday the day I picked it up.

The only hassel to deal with is that MA doesn't have temp tags so you have to arrange tags from your home state somehow. I NC I had to buy the car, and then take the title to the DMV to get a tag.

Good luck in your search!

^ OUCH!

I've had a similar situation happen to me, I blame it on poor dealer inventory management and advertising.

Great pick up BTW, silver was my second color choice.
