Paul, thanks for replying, now it's clear

So that means upgrading the front pipe to a larger dia and free-flow catted one would gain extra power with a turbo-kit, even sticking with a stock 5psi MAP sensor.

Sounds nice & promising

Good luck at SEMA!

The oil pump is mechanical, fully. And that's the final detail we will unveil when we are at SEMA. It's the most unique feature of the kit, and one of the reasons it's going to be so reliable.
Thank you for the update and confirming that I am not lossing my mind. The scavenger pumps are what turn me off of the low mount turbo kits but with it being mechanical that changes the story completely.

Appears to be right where it should be.

I hope you understand that pic is not the final version of the kit installed and that they could have removed the lines while fitting/designing the kit, and nothing else. Tell you more, I BET you money the A/C is going nowhere.

The entire compressor is missing, and another pulley is in its place.

But you are correct, it isn't final.

I dared to overlay AVO Stage_1 digits with Crawford build motor & turbo kit

Just to show how straight the power "curve" is and how flat the torque "curve" is with AVO Stage_1 ))

No direct comparison - two different world of approach, not even talking money wise

I hope someone finds this of use

The AVO Japan BRZ never had an air conditioner - seriously. It's buried way back in facebook somewhere, but it's a special model sold only in Japan - shipped with steel wheels, no air conditioning.

Something to keep in mind about those figures, ours are in whp, and if the chart I saw posted in facebook from Crawford is correct, theirs is in crank horsepower.

I don't think it's a crank... cuz stock isn't even making no where near 200hp in the graph.

No, that has to be crank. Torque starts at 150 which is right in line with a stock numbers. Most stock FRS/BRZ's are putting down about 130-140 wtq stock. And even though it dosn't hit its claimed 200 hp, its still north of 175-180 hp which would be pretty high for a stock one.

Paul, sorry for maybe being too fast on deciding, I've deleted my previous graph comparison until further clarification

I was using your graph and it is telling FLYWHEEL figures as far as I can read

I need a word from you on that to redo the graph overlay
