Front Spring Diameter

The Ground Control Camber Plates website requests the "Spring Diameter (I.D.)". Swift Springs makes springs in 3 different diameters in metric: ID 60mm (2.25") 65mm (2.5") 70mm (2.75"). So if I'm going the Swift Spring route which i.d. do I want? What does the inside diameter refer to?

No, I am not referring to their forthcoming BRZ/FR-S springs.
+1 on this. Does anybody know what diameter swift springs are needed to fit BC racing coilovers? I want to change to swift springs from the BC springs, I just don't know the info on them. Anyone did the BC coilover with swift springs already?

I'm pretty sure all the coilovers are 2.5" springs.
