Im putting on lcas is it okay to only jack from the rear? I'll support it with two jack stands at the rear jack points and choke the front wheels?

The jack couldn't support the extra weight of the battery.

What's are the recommended jacking points on the sides of the car when the front is too low to get a jack on under?

I would just get a 1"thick or more board and drive up on it. Then slide a low profile jack under the front

I made myself some ramps. Later I modified them, so I could remove the lower section, to allow the jack to get to the side jack points, or put jack stands under the car.

Foolishly bent my front jacking point by not using a wooden block. I've found the scissor jack with a proper crank is really fast to get the car up for oil changes or other header/exhaust work.

Just keep in mind that the sicssor jack the car comes with is intended for emergency use (meaning infrequently, unless you're just the most unlucky guy on the road), not to get the car lifted to accomplish regular maintenance on a regular basis.

And even then you want to only need it on a nice firm and level place.
There are some places you just do not want to have to use a jack for any reason.
