There is no definite answer, every car is different with shocks, spring rate, Camber, tires, and also the surface you are running on

Yeah way too many variables.... Camber/toe in front?

I mostly do daily driving and autocross on weekends. I've had some issues with too much oversteer in Autocross, so have been trying to make it more neutral. Hence the reason I added the front sway bar recently to induce some understeer. However I think on full stiff it's pushing too much, so I'm going to set it on soft soon to see how that feels. I'm just trying to get it as neutral as possible basically.

Current Setup:
RCE Yellow Springs w/ Stock Shocks
Whiteline 20mm Adjustable Front Sway Bar
Stock 14mm Rear Sway Bar
-2 Camber & 0 Toe (front and back)
Enkei RPF1 17x9 +35
Hankook RS3 V2 245/40/17

Can you get more camber up front? That will help. Though it may be too much with the swaybar. Probably more in back too, but front definitely needs it.

I may be able to get a little more. I'm using camber bolts, so probably not a lot though. Next time I'm at Firestone I'll see how much more they can get.

Ahh, that may be max with bolts. Camber plates an option? Yeah, they're pricey but... better tire wear and overall response on the flip side.

Hey guys, after spending the season struggling to compensate for my terrible ST coilovers trying to be more competitive, I'm fed up and ready to move to some new coilovers, what I'm stuck on is spring rates. What is everyone in here running? I was thinking 8kf/9kr.

I'm on KWv3 with 400lb/in (slightly over 7k) on all 4 corners.

I've heard of setups using 450lb/in all around, but I can't say I've ever heard/seen anything going above that, for STX.

I run 450f/500r. I suspect if I were trying to be nationally competitive I might even go a little higher.

Get more neg camber up front and try a little toe out.

Thank you everyone for the info, seems like everyone is around the same general area.

I'm going to see how much more camber I can get out of my bolts. I won't be getting camber plates until next year more than likely.

I set my Whiteline sway bar to soft last night and it feels perfect now.

What are you guys running for coilovers in STX? Right now I'm still on stock struts with RCE Yellow springs. Will be upgrading to coilovers next spring more than likely though. It seems like KW V3's are a popular option, but the newer spring rates look way too soft. The Feal 441's look great on paper, but you know what they say about things sounding too good to be true. Any of you guys have experience with those?
