don't know if this fixed it or it was a matter of time, but I updated my system and it was right there on the first page of PSN.

Got it this morning! I still suck at GT, always have, I like the trigger controls for gas/brake versus the face button. I guess its a matter of preference but the game is solid and now I want GT5 that much more heh

Physics are awesome!

The regular 370z is a pain in the ass to drive around those corners with that open-diff.

^^^ agreed the physics are great..and the tuned z was fun, had a bit of oversteer...probably because i suck. hehe I wish we could have tuned the settings a bit more for traction and stability control but other wise it was alot of fun and Ill be playing that for a while.

I havnt played Forza 3 yet so how does it compare?

My brother downloaded this today, so i need to take a trip to his house when i get off work. I've been letting him borrow my Driving Force GT since i dont have a PS3 (bought it for GT4). Wonder if i'll be able to adjust the settings with the extra red scroll wheel it has?

Asides from changing the transmission from Auto. to Manual and turning the driving line on/off, the only variable that can be adjusted is the traction control (which can only be adjusted for the tuned 370z).

If anyone is playing with the DualShock 3 (I don't have a wheel >_<), change the acceleration to the right triggerand the brake to the left trigger. It makes it so much easier to keep the car under control around the corners because you can vary the amount of acceleration which is difficult to do with the X button

Go to Options/Settings from the main screen and there you will find option to change controller layout.

Man this demo is great. I've been playing it since Friday night trying to beat the time record for the tuned 370. The best time I can get is around the 1:42 mark. The US record is current 1:36. GTplanet had an article about how the frame rates decrease as you brake, and members there are worried that the performance of the final product will have the same problem.

Its a 200mb demo...I'd say the majority of the 200mb is the physics engine, track, and car graphics.

Short Version: I wouldn't be worried.
