NYC/TimeSquares Run + Photoshoot - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

Looking to gather a group of people on the tri state to do a timesquare photoshoot. You might have seen pics going around the gram of car groups taking over times quares and taking cool pics etc.

Initially, I was thinking on doing the photoshoot/takeover during off hours like 1-2AM, but won’t be a good time for many people who work on early day.

Since some folks on the tri state meet on willbrook mall at wayne, NJ on thrusday nights, then we can do it the same night. We could meet at 8pm and roll to the city by 9pm or so.

Preferably, I would want this to be a twin only (frs/brz) takeover.

Also, please NO assholes, scumbags, or racers wanna-be doing retarded stuff to get the attention. If we all behave just like MOST of the people at willowbrook, then we should not have a problem rolling thru the city.

Aim to make this happen by the end of this month(July) or early next month (August)

I have a few contacts of photographers that can help taking cool shots, but other people suggestions are welcome.

I know some people want to do this, so let’s gets this done! LMK if you are down

I'm interested, but on a thursday night even 9PM or 10PM will be a busy time for the city :\

we're better off doing it at like 2-3 am in Time Square like your original plan. Any time before that there will be way too many people in the area. Plus the roads leading up to time square isn't the most low-friendly.

hmmm....i wouldnt go because op is going... j/k depends on date and time, i would take picture for everyone as well.. we did some photshoot in Jersey City last time with few people

You guys should contact this guy Shipmen on Nasioc. He offers to meet people and take some pretty awesome pics. Pretty sure he is in Jersey.
