Yes, they will fit your Spyder tail lights.

Without being able to see your car and test exactly how the water is getting in, I can't say for sure.

I will say that if it's coming in because of the failed stock tail light gasket, then yes, new (fully sealed) gaskets and some waterproof tape over the gap between the trunk channel and tail light housings will stop water from getting into your trunk.

so far the gasket is holding up nicely! i used a lot of 3m gasket sealer though. i highly recommend this product
