Hmm if we do the preorder, is that all we are responsible for paying? Or do they want the rest of the money when it's done?

Product is complete. Preorder is to get additional functionality. Please read the blog post.

Okay so if the product is complete and we order now, how will the device be updated for the additional functions? Or are you looking for a set dollar amount before you finish the product and ship it out?

If I get an ocean of preorders here within the next few weeks I can devote time to making them work. If we don't get many preorders, units will ship with existing functionality only as the market has shown it isn't read to "put its money where its mouth is". Units are able to be sent back and reflashed with updated functionality if more is developed at a later date. This will be inexpensive and have a quick turnaround.

This brings in to question though. If ABS/Traction Control doesn't get added to the early device, is it worth switching to a manual/dual master brake set-up so that the use of larger brakes (Oh just say Blue ZR1 Calipers) can be used... hmm.
Edit: How sick would these look on a Twin with a LS3 under the hood:

Pre-order placed
I placed my pre-order with the folks at MRS Electronics last night. I'm hoping to see additional commitments from other members from the FR-S/BRZ community here, so that Colin can justify the effort to develop additional functionality....especially the part that will allow us to retain the ABS system. I'm confident that an LS3-525hp/376 will fix the torque deficit in my BRZ, but I definitely want to have a sufficiently capable "whoa" system to offset the "go!"
