Toyota do a mirror pinstripe. I think it's more red though.

Part number - 08231-18070

Lol. Yes I saw this too. It was made made to celebrate the 30 years anniversary of STI.

I don't know ... I see lately much more presence on teddy bears, posters, clothes, body kits and interior parts and not that much on actual performance parts. It is clear that the direction is now more towards lifestyle the same way other performance brands are doing (BMW's M-line, Audi's S-line etc.).

I'm not sure how that meat content package can pass customs.

Yes you can see this shift in focus even with the Subaru core line-up and the STI Sport trims as such.

The change to road racing instead of WRC may have triggered this upscaled pedestrian strategy, seriously lacking in performance oriented innovation.

Doing a follow-up to the Tribeca is a lot more lucrative than bringing back the Alcyone in this day and age.

Red Cherry for Subby is an historical design and color for emblems, moulding and so on from rally races up to our days for NBR test and races...see GT300 of BRZ or Impreza.

I think would mate perfectly some front-rear cherry-red pinstripes I am going to fit in my WR blue WRX:

I'm very aware of the cherry blossom red for Subaru. It's still obnoxious.

This might sounds weird but i think you should put oem side marker back on.... the color plate of the car would look better cuz you will have a stripe of red going the mid section of the car from the side..

Ugh... I want one so bad... but $200 for a strip of plastic.

Anyways, my main question: Have you installed this? You have a 2013 right? It fits the bumper ok? I wasn't sure if there was a shape change between 13-16 and 17+.

It’ll fit both models of bumpers. I haven’t got it installed yet since I’m doing a full facelift on my brz so I’m waiting for my bumper to be painted.
