To put in a contrast, this is what my country calls a snow-blizzard. The government even advised to stay at home (I'm not joking). Everybody here thinks that snow tires are expensive useless pieces of crap... But this kind of snow is the cause of a 1100km combined trafficjams.
To give you an idea of the size of my country, You can pass through my country going from the top left to the right bottem in 3u hours or 300km's (without traffic jams and roadworks).

Pic of my car in said blizzard:

Honestly... "My G-Class/Pick-up/x6 can handle any amount of snow" Says the guy at the used snow tire shop getting cracked Pirelli sottos from three years ago.

Highway driving in winter scares because it doesn't scare certain people as much as it should. That being said I am sometimes very impressed with winter driving here and how generally well handled the snow is. (I live in Oakville, ON)

Super sad we have only gotten one good day this season so far. Spent about 5 hours with my brother and his g37 doing tandems that day (In safe places)... Snow is the best.
