Damien had had to put me on hold to call John to get the official no. I was told that it wasn't fair to other customers and that they would wonder why we are allowed to have an endurance on a non-endurance night.

In the past I have driven out to Sykart from the east side only to find out that it was an Intel night, or whatever, and I was annoyed because I couldn't race... but we are asking for 30 minutes, so what's the difference between us having three races in a row vs one endurance? In fact, three races in a row would take more time because of kart switching, etc...

It was not explained well to me, so I am angry. If I wouldn't have set this up weeks ago -- and if they could give me a satisfactory explanation -- then I would understand. I have a shit ton of credits there and have been a continuous track "sponsor" for like 4-5 years. This is just dumb...

One more thing... they had assumed that all the payment was going to come from my credits, but I told them that I was the only one (maybe Travis) that was going to use credits, everyone else would pay. They told me that if everyone used my credits they wouldn't make any money.

WTF!?! I purchase large batches of race credits to save money, then they are going to complain that because I bought so many at once that they are getting cheated out of profit??? Now that I realized that I am even angrier!

Oh and would have been MUCH better for lighting if we'd parked facing the building instead of directly in front of the building.... lighting was a nightmare.
