well that's frustrating, sorry to hear about that. keep up the great work/innovation though. potential customer here once everything is fitted and finished

its a volume thing. the initial investment would never get paid off for the small quantity. we have a local shop about a mile from us doing it this time. easy to keep tabs on. he is also the one who did our header

probably not anytime soon. There is another company that has "full support" as well, but too much stuff didn't work the way we wanted it to and we decided to stick with Motec, which does everything we want and more. That was after spending countless hours with their support staff trying to fix back-end firmware issues. Push button start being the biggest issue. Half of the kits we sell go into push button shells

LOL I love the "FULL CANBUS SUPPORT" announcements. Then when you get the product or ask around people that have it you start getting the full picture. "A/C works sporadically", "I've got no ABS or traction control", "fuel gauge works in increments of full, half, empty", "power steering is vague" "the harness is a piece of garbage and had to spend double the money to get it fixed", "still working on push button car support, no ETA" and so on......

Yeah, I just need it for a race car, and I just need tiny wee bit more power (like 220whp or so), reliability and cheap replacements and lighter than OEM, which is why this swap has my name all over it.
+1 what he said!

After popping my built FA20, I've been eyeing this. Very excited to see where this goes. I've talked to @K20_86 on instagram too and he's been giving some tips on how his was completed as well

Just a quick update,

Hey everyone, I know its been a while since we had any real updates, but we are hard at work ironing out everything. It's probably going to be rapid fire toward the end as far as new parts. The shifter is 80% done, the oil pan is getting closer, the wiring kit is 90% done, really just needs to be startup tested, the header is done, the mounts are done, I have a car here that is getting prepped to be the new K test mule. Working with quality and reliable manufacturers is tougher than you would think, if I didn't have to rely on others I would be done already, but that's the industry. Thanks for patiently waiting, can't wait to get a final product together!

Just shell out the 500,000$ for the equipment you need to make it yourself. Shouldn't be a problem

Lol. Really it's the skills to make everything that's the hard part. The actual equipment can be found used for "reasonable" costs. I imagine most of what you need is welding anyways right?

In for oil pan. That's my biggest concern.

I had the prototype rough draft in my hands yesterday, its real. We are working on the shape to clear everything and how to baffle it properly to prevent oiling issues. I will tell you this, do yourself a favor and install an RSX Type S Oil Pump, the fitment and function is much better than the stock TSX one.
