nelp help bent rear trail control arm mounts

I was in the rain with marginal tires, spun the rear around and the L rear hit the curb, I have spec adjustable trail and lower control arms which held up but the mount on the body bent

Subframe is replaceable. Need to check to see if the mounting points are tweaked though, there are 4 main mounting bolts that hold the subframe to the body. There are also subframe braces up front, if those are not warped I would probably assume the subframe took the brunt of the impact.

I would take @NoHaveMSG advice and see if anything else was damaged in the hit.

As an alternative to replacing the subframe (if everything checks out), you can order these:

These will completely replace your destroyed trailing arm pickup points.

That would be way easier than dropping the subframe. What a PITA that is.

yeah that is something I didn't consider so I checked and I can get a used subframe for liek $200 and just replace it. Thanks now I have to get it on the lift it's sitting about about 5 ft away
