Found this while under the car...wonder if it contributed to the spin in T5...

and I would surmise that the car is faster with the FSB disconnected...

Cleaned the remaining gear lube off the undercarriage. Drained & filled rear diff, installed the new Invidia Full Titanium Race exhaust (damn it is so much nicer than the Tomei). Reconnected the front swaybar and road tested. Mechanically she's back to 100%!

At cold start & WOT it's pretty loud, not quite as loud as the Tomei Type-80, but close. Sounds better too. Once the car is warmed up, at idle it's actually pretty quiet. Also comes with a baffle that suppossedly keeps it below 91db, I have that stashed in my track box in case I go somewhere with sound limits.

What spring rates are you on? I have kind of wondered if we get to a point with springs that it isn't as necessary.

Remounted the Wang tonight with new uprights that include a bottle opener...very important for after track activities and new improved basic end plates (less likely to cut you...lol). Added 4 trunk lid supports to reduce deflection under load at speed. Also improved the mounting style and hardware to reduce drag further...

Set to alomost 0 AOA...
