Well waiting isn't going to fix that. Haven't seen it in person but it seems to depend a lot on the photograph. I actually like the more open look to the FRS light setup, not a fan of the LED eyebrows on the BRZ.

Haha no it's cool, we all have our tastes. I for one, love the "eyebrows" on the BRZ.

Probably a top mount heat exchanger with an A2W IC.

I'd just get a bigger HE and move it to the front and a smaller pulley (if there was room for more boost) and call it a day.

FR-S have projector beam for the headlights, so HIDs on them would be fine. Correct me if I'm wrong but the halogen type housing is for the DRL/High Beams?

Don't believe everything you read. That's a line of BS. I mean look how much useless plastic is up front. Half of the plastic used in the grille opening isn't even doing anything.

You know that is what bothers me the most...the headlight housing on the FR-S. People were complaining about the taillights of the JDM 86\BRZ being too clear. I just think the headlights look cheap for a $25k car.

Yep there will be a turbo version of this car, and real soon. A intercooler will fit.

I don't think we'll see a turbo until year 3. I think next year we'll get the HP tuned up to like 240ish with an STI/whateverscioncallsit version. Then those versions will be boosted on year 3, putting the HP up even higher.

Correct.

I think everyones just spoiled by the somewhat blacked out headlight housing in the 86. Just noticing all the dead space between the projector and the LED strip its kind of darkened/blackened. Whereas the FRS headlights is like pretty much every car out in the market with chromed/mirror finished surroundings.

With that said, LED strip or not, i thnk the FRS headlights would look better with the housing blacked out.

FYI projectors for halogens are not the same as projectors made for HIDs. If you want to do it right you will want to swap the projectors as well.
