You mean Clear Bra? They do that, they do it very well. I have heard great things of Mr. Sparkle as well but DD is the King when it comes to your area (within distance)

Black gloss on the top and sides... I'm still unsure about it. Personally I love it but that whole... Don't want to look tacky.. Or toolish... Thoughts cross my mind when thinking about it. I will have to get a quote from DD when the time comes - just looking at their website online I can tell it might be way too expensive.
