Anyone on the wait list still for a BRZ with sport tech in white? Saw one at Specialty Subaru available for sale there.

Hmmmmm...I am on the waitlist for a SWP Sport-tech model and they said they hope to get the car to me by end of the month; however, on Thursday, they said the car is still "in transit" from Japan. It couldn't have arrived that fast?? Arrival and clearing customs should take a few days?..

I tried to get Don Docksteader to replace mine and they said the lights have to have pools of water before they would replace them, lol. Said there was no TSB from Subaru Canada. I'm gonna complain to Subaru Canada to get them replaced.

My front LED strips also have some condensation in them.

Acura never gave me a problem for replacing light housings and stuff. They even replaced the seat surfaces on my RSX.

That doesn't sound promising...let me know how it goes with Subaru Canada. I'm dropping by dealership on Monday anyways b/c they forgot to install my wheel locks. I'll let you know what they say to me.

Lucky you. Acura refused to replace my leather seats on my RSX, lol.

Well since you've ordered rather than wait listed it'll be tougher I'd imagine. Give your sales guy a call and see if he or she will let you take the one in the showroom.

afaik, BRZ's don't come standard with wheel locks... unless that was something you arranged in the deal...

Precisely. It depends on your dealer I guess; at the time when I purchased mine, it wasn't even an option for the BRZ. Either that or my sales guy assumed I did not want the locks.

I asked about the locks when I pick up my car and the sales person hastily put them on for me. I was going to pay for them but he installed the set for me free himself as it was getting late in the day.
