Funny, (ironic really) that at the time this happened I was watching an episode of Mayday. It’s a Canadian TV series on real world aviation investigations. You may know the show by a different name. Anyway, this episode was about Flight 811. That’s the 747 that lost a cargo door in route to Auckland from Honolulu.
