Looking for TRD TF6 18" Wheels
Hi Guys,
Anyone know where I can find these? Asked my dealer where I'm getting my 86 but no luck yet. They say it has not been loaded onto their system as an option. According to the official Toyota TRD Parts site this was launched in August http://www.trdparts.jp/english/86_pe...rts_wheel.html Any importers amongst us? Appreciate the help. Obviously your opinions on the look will also be valuable. In two minds whether I should get the body kit as well. I was thinking boot spoiler and mags as an only extra. Rather than spending 30k+ on kit, rather get proper infotainment and navigation head unit. Getting the satin white pearl. Cheers! |

Did you give them the part number to search on the system?
Importing it via other aftermarket seller is another route...Importparts might be able to assist, give Jerry a call and see what he says. |

You do know that you will be paying an arm and possible a leg for these wheels if TSA manage to bring a set...looking at +- R17500 per set (excl tyres)

Have you checked if 18" wheels fit the 86, or is there modifications which need to be done?
Seen posts where certain 18" mags don't fit the hubs on the 86 and the brake calipers had to be changed. Smart looking rims. |

I like the look of the SF2 and would choose these if I was to change the wheels. But I'm probably going to stick to the originals for now. The 86 is still fairly rare and it looks good as is. maybe when it becomes much more popular on the roads I'll have a look at customisations.

Would have to wait and see. If that's the case I'm sure the TRD Brake kit would be my next addition.

Ignore my last comment....TF6 wheels cannot be paired with the TRD BBK as per the website "Not compatible with Monoblock Brake Kit installation"...if you going with BBK, SF2 would be a safer option...if you going with aftermarket wheels also look at offset for BBK clearance.
