Keep in mind that an adapter plate is not the only thing you'll need even if you find one. The spline count depending on which variant of the T56 you get will be either 27, 30, or 31 (most likely will be 27). The spline count on the FRS is 24. So you'll need to get a different output shaft or find a clutch disk that works with the correct pressure plate and has the correct number of splines.

I'll probably end up with another stock trans anyways I was just curious if there was something out there

@FullBlown was making a V160 conversion kit a few years ago. That might work for you.

Spline count doesn't matter much. Just need to find the same clutch pads as stock but with the new spline count. The real trick isn't the mount either it's the dam new drive shaft. Car can also use a hydraulic throw out bearing to fix weak fork while doing it.

The factory Subaru fluid is great when cold and around town just at top of the RPMs is I guess not great, I guess.

I took my POS truck driveshaft to a shop because mine was 25 years old, the joints were gummed up and it wasn't serviceable, they ended up welding up a custom driveshaft for my 4-banger 134 hp (when new) Nissan pickup.

$560 with universal Chevy truck joints, driveshaft was the nicest thing on that POS when I sold it aside from how cold the AC was.

If my corner shop will do it for less than the price of a set of OE tires I think the driveshaft is one of the least of your worries.
