I thought you were referring to which button to hold, lol. The car doesn't need to be stopped. Try it and report back to me Its a "procedural" statement written by lawyers. I PROMISE you, you dont have to be stopped or even moving slowly. I would go take video right now and post it but my car is currently disassembled in my garage getting sound deadener installed, lol.

no. try it and come back and you can say to me I was right : -) i know exactly which mode you re talking about, do not worry maybe your car is different. I have a 2017 and if i press 3-4 even 7 seconds the trc off button when speed over 30 mph, full-off mode doesnt activate. I know because I tried even 10 minutes ago Since i m reading now you re car is unavailable, I guess i ll upload a video of it not working like you re saying |

They must have changed it for the 2017 refresh. They did recalibrate the stability control for them. I'm not speaking hypothetically. I do it all the time in my 2015 on the highway. I've even done it at 50 MPH in the middle of an autocross run. I can report back in this thread with a video after the weekend if all goes to plan if you want hard proof, lol. 2017s suck!

Have to admit though, I've also never bothered to do the pedal dance to turn off the nannies. This does the same thing as the pedal dance, correct? |

I can put mine into sport mode while moving, but I can't turn the SC or TC off (the long press option) while moving. I have to come to a stop, long press THEN do my donuts.
Sport mode does affect the traction system. It is not as aggressive as having the system on the regular mode and changes the balance of the SC system to bias more to the rear. With the system in regular mode if you slide at all, it steps in and makes sure you don't. If you are in sport mode, you can kick the rear end out a little |

Are you sure you held it long enough? Some others in this thread said the same thing, only to try it again and come back to this thread saying it worked.
