I don't have headers - but do have a cat back system. I'm trying to understand what's a typical power increase when adding headers to a supercharged car.

Don’t think many people cared to take to the time do that test, so might not be available.
But headers typically stack on top of SC, the gains a header makes NA should be similar gains with SC.

Pretty sure it's 5mm.

Hey guys, I got my kit a couple months ago and I'm just wondering if you we can run the 69mm pulley w/o upgrading any internals, injectors or fuel pump?

As well, just wondering if anyone has any experience with a water meth injection kit? Specifically, where did you mist it into the system?

Lots of people including myself are using 69mm pulley on stock block no problem. But obviously more power and boost = more risk. Its possible but not advise-able to run the 69mm on anything less then 93octane. Octane booster, E85, or WMI will resolve that.

WMI you can either NPT tap the sprintex intake pipe or just get a TB spacer with a NPT port already in it. I did the TB spacer myself.

Thanks for the info! I'm currently from Canada and running Ultra 94 Oct from Petro. I'm assuming that should be sufficient.

In regards to the WMI, would you inject before the SC but after the TB?

Yes, TB spacer is post TB pre blower. Or you can do pre TB by tapping the sprintex intake tube.

Most WMI nozzles have a check valve now days but, i also recommend a snow performance solenoid this will guarantee WM doesn’t leak while parked on a hill or idle/under vacuum only when you want it to spray. Also recommended to get a wmi failsafe and also wmi filter in between reservoir and pump.

I think Canadian 94 octane is only equal to what we would call 90...

So i just bought a 69mm pulley for my kit. I heard around that i should probably get a different belt and idler pulley. Can someone confirm for me? And if it’s so, which pulley and belt do y’all recommend?

Most people recommend nuline ep121, i used ep141 for a while. I switched to Dorman 419-610 Idler Pulley for 8$ on amazon has worked perfectly. With larger idler pulley you can use the standard belt the kit comes with.
