the CAE looks like it has shorter shifts to me as well, though it is hard to tell due to the different angles of the two videos. I was only comparing the 3rd and 4th shifts though.

the IRP shifts look similar to my kartboy but it's hard to tell through a video lol.

@Tor thank you very much for making known, a product that we might have never seen in the US, if you hadn't posted about it here!
How can I order one!?
Pm sent

This is amazing! Fairly sure this will be my next purchase. I love the CAE but being a street car, i couldn't justify. This one looks perfect for what I want.

Wonder if they ship to Australia...

A bit off-topic. That heel-toe... I mean its heel-toe alright, but never did I though possible to do it like that (heel on brakes, toes on the accelerator pipe that goes up).

Of course they are...

I brought 5 to the states and have 2 left as well. Installed one in the shop car and am very happy with it.

I have a strong suspicion my wife bought one of them for me for Christmas, so I will let you know my impressions soon.

Not quite yet (too busy), but as you can see in the two videos posted above I managed to make it a lot better. As it is, I can live with it if I can't eliminate it completely.

So, I actually really like the Kartboy shifter's feel. I used to use one, with a killer bee shifter riser, and a taller knob, to basically get the height of where this IRP shifter is. It was a great setup...the IRP blows it out of the water. Percentage wise, its probably another 30-40% reduction in throw. I describe it, as precise as flipping a switch, it's an incredibly satisfying feeling.
