Favorite mods:
- WedsSports TC105N wheels - I love how these look (I know, shallow lol)
- RR Racing stage 2 BBK - Holds up to track abuse and replacement pads are 1/2 the cost

Don't really have any mods I regret. Maybe PMU HC+800 brake pads since they only lasted 4 days, but that was probably my fault for expecting too much out of a hybrid street/track pad.

I love every single mod so far and would do them all again if I got a new twin, but if I had to pick one favorite it would be the Cusco 4.556 FD. It really changed the car for the better with no drawbacks, well not for me anyway.

Not sure I'd really list it as a mod, but I got a pair of these nice leather STI belt pads that were very much form over function. Not very flexible or comfortable. They lasted a few day's till I took them off. Waste of money.

As a side note I really love this sort of thread. They can be a real wealth of information for anyone looking to modify their ride.

so rear spoiler too...

haha do you have a pic of your car. I'm curious as to how your look wheels look.

I didn't really hate anything that I've done, but have made at least a couple poor choices upon reflection:

Staggered 18" wheels - looked the business, but not as good for AutoX/HPDE
Vinyl badge overlays - ordered them in red, my car looked like Rudolph
Modbargains duckbill - fitment and quality hasn't been great.

Pretty much everything else I've loved, but here are my favorites:

Header + tune
Perrin 3" resonated catback
TOM'S tails
TRD Springs + LCAs + Camber bolts
Helix smoked sidemarkers
Beatsonic sharkfin

Hopefully I'll be adding my new wheels to the love list when they get here.

I feel like they could have squeezed a few more lights onto the fronts of their bikes.

I know everyone seems to be in love with Weathertech, but I decided to get the Maxpider floor mats last fall, and I couldn't be more happy with them.

Like you said, the Weathertech mats get slick when wet, because they are pretty hard, like a shell of sorts. The Maxpider pads are a lot less rigid, and have padding underneath.

As for mods, the only thing major that I've done is get new wheels. 17x8 Avid.1 AV 06. Much better than the stock wheels. Also got some smoked Valenti tails. I've never been a fan of the stock tails,so this was a definite upgrade for me.

Don't think so. I suspect they're scared of riding. Rigged the way they are, the engines don't have enough power to turn the alternator when the lights are turned on. So, they just sit and watch each other stall.

Not all that into modding.

Those I have done I'm fond of.

Raceseng Topology shift knob - much smoother shifting/very nice feel
Raceseng RLO - I just like it
sound tube delete (actually sound tube plug) - less is more
SRP Accelerator plate - rev matching made easier
Cheap stick on convex mirrors - paint savers

in the parts bin:
'15 WRX OEM oil cooler
front bumper skid plate

I think that will do it for the foreseeable future.
