Arguably the best looking 911, it's the last of the air cooled turbo's and it's from the generation of the 911's when their sole intent was to physically harm you

Sub-zero in my book

Yeah, but what's with the pic in the OP? There are many way better pics out there (EDIT: looks like the pic in the OP was fixed, but I'll still leave these here because they're gorgeous):

People daily 911TTs all the time. They're great cars for it, if you can stomach the gas mileage and repair bills (infrequent, but expensive).

I only make promises i can keep. I happen to be friends with a world renown Porsche mechanic as well as know personally of 3 owners of 993s only one is a TT and know for a fact that 99% of 993TT owners cars that come through his shop (Rennsport Sealy, Texas) do not drive their cars on a daily basis. more like 2-3 times a week or on weekends only.

You may know more owners of them than I do, but I do know one mechanic that works in my building that drives his everyday. I know a few more people that rarely drive theirs, but some people are just crazy enough to do it.

So, some people do, im sure hes not the only one.

yeah i agree he is crazy lol. The 993 is definitely a highly sought after and highly collected Porsche. Debatable one of the best produced. I know if i had one it would be really hard not to drive it every day.

I'd rather have a late '60's or early '70's 911.

I'm a form-over-function kind of guy.

Flame suit activated much lol?, As much as love those, the 993 has a special place in my heart.....

I grew up in stuttgart like 10 miles from the factory and you could see the 993 body shells on a glass encased conveyer belt above the road with damn near every car being a different color... looked like the automotive equivalent of skittles lol,

honestly one of the coolest automotive thing i've seen in my life

On the same note, I'd rather have a late 80's G-50 911, or any 930.
