Booklet and paint

Mine took a year to arrive, and I didn't do anything to request it.

I read an old post someplace that said they come from Toyota directly not the dealer. Also said that 3 months to as much as a year was pretty normal.
The first guy to get one (or at least mention it) was VERY surprised when it showed up in the mail!!!!!

Don't know if you are allowed to post links here, but there is a 'brand-new' (2013) 10 series FR-S on eBay right now with 30 miles on it for $21,000.

Search: "Scion 10 Series"

It's a six speed manual and appears to be at a Scion (Toyota) Dealership.

I do not live anywhere near it or know anyone associated with it. Just thought it was interesting that there's still some new ones out there that haven't sold and the 2015s are out.

Did everybody get an email last Monday from ScionHQ regarding feedback on their FR-S? How did you rate the car? I'm not sure if they're seeking info to remedy any issues on consumers' current FR-Ss or are fishing for improvements to implement on the next generation.

Overall I put in the car was good except for chirping, needs a little more horsepower, and minor things.

Has anyone had to take one of these to a body shop yet for paint work?

Any issues with color matching the Unique Silver Ignition paint?

Mine's in the shop right now. I made a big deal about the color. They called me the next day to inform me that it would take longer to be sure that the paint would be to my satisfaction. We'll see.

My dealership still has one on the lot also...it's an Auto
