If anyone wants a USDM option for the rear emblem, the 2009 RAV4 trunk emblem fits perfectly. Only difference is that it doesn't have pegs, but alignment is easy enough using the centre dimple on the trunk that you'll see once you removed the Scion emblem. The 2012 Corolla trunk emblem fits perfectly for the front, including peg location, as another use posted previously.

Update: I finally got around to installing my USDM 2013 Corolla rear badge (Toyota part number 90975A2003) on the front of the FR-S. Like the previous posters, I can confirm that the pegs line up perfectly and the dimensions are identical.

On the car, it looks great. IMO, the chrome of the emblem really blends well with the chrome in the headlight fixtures and compliments the silver paint of the car:

Based on the info surfaced in this thread I stopped into the Toyota dealer over lunch and they had part number 90975A2003 in stock. The list price was $43.61 but the parts counter guy matched the online price ($22.71) without blinking.

This is the Toyota "T" emblem for the REAR of the 2012-13 Corolla but I can confirm it is the exact size and shape as the FRONT emblem of our FR-S. I still havent decided if I want to switch out the front emblem, but now I that I have it in hand, I have the option.

Why did I not investigate changing out the rear emblem? Because I already changed that out to something different:

See this post for more details on that. And here's some more pics of my car.

Cheers,

Dave

I've always kept a large can of lighter fluid at my work bench. I've never had a situation where it hasn't worked for me. And it doesn't harm paint.

Did this yesterday... the front emblem was a bitch. I heated it up with a blow dryer and cut behind it with a gift card (plastic and slightly thinner than a credit card). It took me almost an hour to get the glue residue off. I used WD-40 and the gift card to scrape off all the residue. The rear badges came off easily.

Took of the Scion and FR-S badges. Took about 10 minutes to take off the scion badge and put on the 86 badge. FR-S badge took atleast 30 minutes though (non of the sticky stuff came off when i took off the badge).
