Question Supercharged twin vs cayman?

I'm considering a jackson charger for my 86, but then I was wondering how comparable after that is it to a Cayman? I was wondering if there is someone who has had both that could give me some insight? I did some minor searching and was unable to come up with anything, but if you have some links that you could share, I love to read those as well.

Cayman will still be a Cayman, and a better car.

Counterpoint: a Cayman will still not have rear seats, and it'll still be heavier.

Yes, the 86 will be better at hauling 4 people. That's about all.

Can't drop the rear seat back to shove two-by-fours into a Cayman but it's still a Cayman.

I'm with Yosh. There's no universal correct answer.

It isn't like the comparison hasn't been made about 1,000,000,000,000 times on here already. Looking forward to reading the same thing over and over again. Be the same points and counter points as always.
Here let me get things going:

If I put a supercharger on my Chrysler 300, how will it compare to a Bentley?

Yep. Two different cars, two very different price points.

A person buying a Cayman prolly isn't looking at it at the lot saying "but how am I going to carry 2x4s?"

On what planet do people think a cayman is not more expensive to maintain than a twin?

Eh, the only reason I didn't buy a 987 is cause I can't drive my kids to school in it.

Yep, not a kid hauler. Good choice.

Don't get me wrong, I own a JRSC twin and love it. They are what they are. Different is good, makes life more interesting.
