$10 Dyno day and BBQ @ WORKS!!! - Saturday, August 10th

Please see the latest post! We have postponed the event till mid- September due to scheduling conflicts with MotoAmerica this upcoming weekend.

Hey everyone!

Since 2003, WORKS has been developing tuning solutions for a variety of cars. In the past 5 years, we have shifted much of our focus to getting the most from the 86 platform - Whether that be a much-needed increase in power from one of our C.A.R.B exempt turbo kits, or improving handling capabilities with our custom Ohlins coilover packages.

Over the years, we have met many of you and your awesome builds at various car shows, cruises, track days, and drift events. We truly appreciate your support that allows us to keep developing great products and would like to extend our thanks by offering a virtually free dyno day and BBQ to our fellow 86 enthusiasts!

-$10 per car (for BBQ and Dyno)

-First come first serve (we are hoping to fit in roughly 10 to 15 cars)

-Limited to FRS/BRZ/86’s (to maximize the number of cars we can get on the dyno)

-Bring your friends! (they eat free!)

SGK Performance (who has recently taken over our service department) will be handing out discount vouchers on alignments for dyno day participants.

We would love to see some familiar faces and make some new friends; so come down and hang out, eat some BBQ and make some power at our Sonoma Raceway based facility on (DATE TBD)

Sonoma Raceway, Unit L-1B, Sonoma, CA 95476

Shoot us a PM or email (to mail@worksmotorsports.com) if you’d like to participate so that we can get a rough head count!

We hope to see you out there!

- WORKS Team

Yeah, I've never taken my car there and now I never will after reading about @TachyonBomb's experience.

Unfortunately, $10 per car wouldn’t even cover the dyno tech’s labor and operating costs, let alone the free BBQ for everyone.

We believe that it is best for the consumer and business that you take your car where you believe your needs are best met.

We have just posted a response in Steven’s thread. I highly urge you both to read and consider both sides of the story before making any rash judgments or decisions without knowing ALL of the details. We would be happy to have you come by and enjoy the dyno day & free BBQ.

Hey everyone!

We hope you are all enjoying the warm weather and the peak of car season here in the Bay Area. Due to scheduling conflicts with this weekend’s MotoAmerica (Formerly AMA Superbike): we will not be able to host the event without you folks having to pay the special event entry fee.
https://www.sonomaraceway.com/events...hip-of-sonoma/

To keep this event at $10 per car, we are re-scheduling the dyno day to mid-September (most likely either the 15th or 22nd. For those of you who are unable to make that date and confirmed your attendance this weekend, please contact us in the next few days so we can schedule you for another time!

We will have the updated event date posted in the next few days!

Thank you,
- WORKS Team
