Yaaaaaaaa!

Congratulations!

Yep, "as is" a good deal (for the seller).

Is the offer contingent on financing?

So, what was the accepted offer price? PM me if you wish.

Oh, yes, I know what you will be going through. I've done it several times. One task at a time … one task at a time -

see i have the opposite. I like the handiwork and challenge, its just the lack of tools (read: money and time) that gets me

I go back and forth on this. There is definitely satisfaction in completion.

Looking sexy? I was distracted. Otherwise I would have seen the officer much earlier.

It helps to have a backup vehicle so there's never a crisis.
Or four vehicles because two can go out at any time!

Congrats! Hope it goes smoothly. Did you choose a moving company yet? We like http://www.delanceystreetfoundation.org/entermoving.php

They're excons/addicts in a strict as hell program. They've moved our house and business on separate occasions. Good prices, too.

Also, if you want to store a sports car in my garage for a bit, as long as you leave the keys, I'm cool with it!

Yeah, that's it. I never look for cops but I count on blending in for 99.98% of total distance traveled. I think that it's time for me to go back to the track this summer. It does a great job of shaming me out of driving fun-style in public.

We used to have just my Fiancee's 2013 Impreza (mostly stock) and my 2016 BRZ as my daily. Now I got the JDM STi swapped 2005 Impreza wagon for a winter beater so I don't have to take her car when it snows real bad. I also have my 74' Lincoln for lazy summer cruising. We don't even have any kids. Redundancy lol.

I have an entire spring shop at my disposal. Makes quick work of that kind of stuff. Though it is kind of warm back there with the draw furnace, and forming furnace, and blast furnace. Have I mentioned everything back there is really really freaking hot?
