So sad, but pretty normal, the end of one project and the start of another. Enjoy the STI

Good luck with your STI!

Having followed it around on some amazing roads in Schwarzwald and the alps, I will always remember Wingo with fondness :-)

Post up some pics of that STI!

Hopefully the new owner of Wingo will jump on the forums and start their own thread so we can continue to follow the car.

That sure sounds nice :-) No plans, though.
You'll still be very welcome in Norway, btw; even with the STI.

Thanks, I will post some Pictures of the STI in about a week, as I'm currently out of town.
I did already inform the new owner of this forum, so lets see if a new journal may follow. Would be great for me aswell to see how Wingo does in the future

Funfact, about 2 days after I bought the STI I told my Girlfriend "since I do have an AWD car now, shall we make that roadtrip to the nordic as we have been speaking about the past 5 years" and it looks that way really may be doing this next year now. I will let you know asap once we started to plan our Holidays for next year

Perfect!
There are very few fun roads in Sweden and none in Denmark, so just come straight to Norway :-)

I would say fun is about the same, but the STI is just waaaayyy more comfortable, and as a big bonus to me, I can fit my whole guitar rig into the car when I have a gig. With wingo, I always had to take my secound car (Celica) for this job.

No, at least not with my size (im 195cm, so about 6'4) and I could not see it in the rear view mirror. If you're smaller you may notice it, however its like seeing "the roof", weird, but not an issue or obscuring view in a big way

Any chance anyone can share some install tips/guide?
How to/where to drill the holes?
Where to add additional bolts for the replica Nur Spec wing?
