Coolent temps getting a bit warmer

hi guys
i got a brand new 2017 brz ts and the coolant and oil temps randomly spike sometimes right now the coolant seems to go up a little bit within a 10 - 15 min drive i just wanted to know if this is normal as it was not going past 90 before ?
oil i have seen go up quite a bit to around middle of 90 and 110 as well in this short time frame but quickly drops upon some time pic for e.g

Any help would be appreciated thanks
