Buying an FA20
My engine seized up and I’m trying to get a replacement. Any idea on where to get one shipped here or bought from here?

Well, there's the member classifies here. You can post a "want to buy" post.
There is eBay, junk/salvage yards even Craigslist. Unfortunately the shipping to your location is going to cost an arm and a leg, but you already know that. Option 2 is a complete rebuild. Which would end up the same as a used block... Maybe you can call around a few mechanic shops, maybe they can help you find a cheap one.
