MK I used to be my favorite, I still love the lower front hood, but I am coming to the view that Toyota did a damn fine job in meeting the cost and design constraints required for a production version of the car while staying true to the basic design principles of the concept.

Lol MKII concept. That thing almost made me puke and lose interest in the FT86!
Glad the actual model is what it is. It blends the MKI with a nice dose of real-life functionality and just the right touch of aggressivity from the MK2 and FRS concepts. The final taillights could use a black housing, but so far, they're my favorite. The whole back end looks pretty neat actually. |

I also think that MK 1 is the best. It's more beautiful and it would have been lighter.

Ahh...
Brings me back to the days when we were arguing why the MKI looked better and how we all fought against each other to explain why MKI should've been the production. Then came to realize that the tunnel vision it had was troublesome~~ ;p MKII appeared and some of us still couldn't let go~ teehee~
