My question: the only way to install that STI bumper badge properly is to remove the bumper? Nobody managed to get both screws on from the front?

I've seen the bumper sag at the meets, not good.
The best way to get the badge on for the front bumper grille is by removing the bumper, but like you stated and GrimmSpeed has noted, anyone that has removed the bumper has never had it return the same. So, you CAN install it without removing the bumper, but you won't be able to use all the screws either. Most say it's fastened enough without them. I still haven't tackled mine. Waiting for a project to be completed first.

The air filter and rad cap have appeared on the STI Performance Catalog:

http://www.sti.jp/parts/catalogue/brz_zc6/7.html

I think STI realized after we ordered them from Japanparts ROFL!

------------------
Air cleaner element

GAZOO Racing 86_BRZ one-make race recognized component

9,720 yen (consumption tax 9,000 yen)

Part number ST16546ZA000

Use the non-woven fabric with low airflow resistance in the filter medium, and raised the reliability of the sport when driving the improvement of the response.

------------
Radiator cap

GAZOO Racing 86_BRZ one-make race recognized component

4,212 yen (consumption tax 3,900 yen)

Part number ST45137ZA000

The change to high pressure type than the standard valve opening pressure. I will reduce the risk of overflow due to thermal expansion of the cooling water in extreme conditions such as circuit racing and sports driving.
※ Note the leakage of water from the pipes when replacing parts, be sure to check opening of the cooling water.

Yeah they are silver just like mine. I emailed Japanparts 2 days ago about the issue. Hopefully they get back to me

Google Translate for this page is as follows towards the bottom.
http://www.sti.jp/parts/catalogue/br...artslist_b.pdf

Shows the Dark Pin Strip Listed as ST91042ST010
Silver Pin Stripe Ends with 000

The part number I received was 010. Still kept the label from the package.
If anyone has them mixed up then I tend to say it is Subaru/STI. If you do get your hands on both sets do please take pictures of them both side by side to see the color differences.

You can tell from the tS photos that we received the silver and not dark gray. Dark gray looks almost black and is hard to see the STi pink logo unlike the silver one. I am going to ask Japanparts for an exchange on the 010 for the 000 and see what I get.

In Japan, the Toyota 86 Tada Package runs 215/40/R18 front and 225/40/R18 rear. STI recommends 225/40/R18 square.

Which brand and series of tires they are using in Japan for the 18 inches?
By the way, do you know what Toyota 86 Tada Package include?
Thanks again.

TRD and STI recommend Michelin Pilot Super Sport in 225/40/18 for their 18x7.5 wheels.

The Tada-tuned package details can be found here:

http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=43870

Basically Sachs dampers, 18x7.5 BBS wheels, 215/40 front and 225/40 rear Dunlop Direzza ZII tires.
