The front passnger coilpack has been known to go often because of the heat associated with the headers, it's pretty open in that part of the engine bay, so heat likes to build up there.

Mine shows the front driver side one and it almost never shows and when it does it goes away after 1 day of driving like a regular pedestrian. Haven't had it come up in 3 months now, im always beating on my car during street touge 😂

Maybe just a fluke. Sometimes my car throws an o2 sensor code maybe once every 6 months, but i disabled it.

And SCCA is dead down here as stated, but here in the keys we have SCCA type events where we shut shut down some less busier roads and parking lots. They're not SCCA, but they use the same rules.

I always love me a cruise down to the keys. Let me know when the next event is and maybe we can swap my coils and I'll join in the event!

I'm that looser that gets excited when I see another 86! I always give em a thumbs up and flash my lights. Could be a habit I picked up while riding my motorcycle. Always love to say hi to fellow enthusiasts

I always smile and wave, or flash my high beams. A lot of owners seem to not even acknowledge other owners, they just act like they don't see us, even when i'm waving. Whenever i'm in the Jeep and wave to other Jeep owners, they always wave back.

I'll have to see when, and they do require a helmet, but that's it.
Also, when you get coils, go through the dealer. Advance Auto was charging me $140 for one and it would take a week. The dealer charged me $110 and i picked it up next day before they opened.

I never wave, I don't really care if we have the same car, unless I see a Tampa86 sticker that is. Most people buy a car because of the way it looks and have no clue what they are driving and just make you look dumb when you wave.

You're the type of guy that says "mhm" or doesn't even acknowledge a "thank you" when someone says it, aren't you?

I was going to make one just for Tampa86 but how wack would that be hah. Anyway, if yall know of meets around here etc post em up! Like Willie BRZ said he doesnt have social media either, so keep us posted! Were not all zombies who bought the car cause of the way it looks haha.

Check out the Tampa86 FB page, they have regular events. There's a monthly meet and events come up too.

Hmm, I'm not sure. I think it's a FB centered group though. The next meet is Today 6 PM · 9302 Anderson Rd, Tampa to see the Fast and Furious movie. They're meeting at the cinema. I can't make this one, but usually there's 20+ at the meets. Just show up they're cool and introduce you around
