My first car was a 1995 Lada Samara. This is pretty much what it looked like. Only it had different hub caps. Was a great little car for winter always started no matter how cold it got. Also learned how to drive a standard in this car

1980 AMC Eagle, RWD/4WD and a slow POS. This isn't mine, that was back before digital cameras, but she was similar, two toned silver on top, red on the bottom

Had a 64 LeMans convertible 4sp in the sand color. 326 and a two barrel carb.
$250 because of rust. Belonged to an air force officer who shipped it back from Hawaii. Wonderful car while I had it. Drove it back and forth over the passes and in the snow for school in Elensburg and Pullman. Picture is a GTO off the web. It looked just like that, but a bit more hole-y.

1981 Datsun 200SX 5spd. Loved that car, got me in all sortsa trouble though
Learned to drive in my parents cars the year before, a 1980 Pontiac Phoenix hatch and a 79 Olds Cutlass Cruiser wagon. That Olds was a great car, sometimes I think I'd like to find one and resto mod it. |

Well my "first" car that I drove on the streets was a battered and beaten 55 Chev 4 door hard top (4 doors but frameless windows and no posts). But it was not legal and I was running plates from a 64 T Bird (I also happened to be 14 years old). If I had realized just how rare that version was I would never have left it on the side of the road when the frame broke in half.
First legal car was a 64 Impala SS

My first car, still got it obviously. Toyota 86 GTS. I learnt manual in it, owned it for about 8 months, had my license for 6 months. Unfortunately only driven it for 3 months as I've come down with a temporary disability. However, i will be in a position to drive it again and relearn what it was like to blast a twin through the corners.

1986 Chevrolet Camaro. Had a V8 with a blistering 155 horsepower and a 4 speed automatic. Pretty nice car for a teenager at the time. It would do the most epic reverse burnouts.

Wow strong necro @Guff
What ever happened to @Giccin anyway? My first car was supposed to be a grand am, the same kind people say our BRZ spoiler looks like Exactly like this one But my mum accidentally wrecked it soon before I was supposed to inherit it. So my parents spent a ton of $ and gave me 2003 Honda Accord. So grateful for this baby. Still have it after 10 years (got it February 2006). I've used and abused her. Crashed her into things and been crashed into. Still runs like a champ every day. When I had it modified Now stock for DD beater duty
