Yep. It's called co-driving. It'll be a little more hectic for you as you'll have less downtime between runs but it's a lot of fun.

List updated and registration link/instructions added. Please register for the provisional class if you'll be attending. This helps us organize the event and saves you $5.

I'm still on the fence on whether you should be allowed to run in the morning and then run with the class as I've confirmed that we will be giving out our standard SCCA trophies for the winners. Usually you're not allowed to run a competitive class after running in the first half of the day.

i didn't know that, what's the reasoning behind it. my guess is you get an advantage because you've seen the course?

Is it pay at track? When I registered through scorekeeper there was no pay option.

P.S. There should be a Joey class....

Yes, pay on site. Cash or check (sorry we can't do credit card; Packwood gets ZERO reception for all carriers except Sprint). I'll add that to the notice!

3 or 4 pending time & entry list size. We've been getting 4 consistently the whole year but it really depends on time. Since the weather has been good and timing has been functioning flawlessly it will likely be 4.

I'm going to strongly suggest that some of you change your car numbers...

Right now the registered cars list reads like this: 56, 66, 665, 667. That's a lot of 6's and a lot of tape if you don't own magnetic numbers. If you don't own magnetic numbers you want something easy like 1, 7, 4, 11, 17, 71, etc. so you can use as little as possible. We don't draw numbers on windows at our events (typically people drive with their windows down) so your number needs to be on the side of your car.

Also, @Brezza if you are both driving the same car you should have a 2 digit number for the first driver and a 3 digit number for the second driver (such as 65 and 165). Because there will be so many FR-S' and BRZs in the same half it's important that everyone have their numbers correct.

When you're dual driving a car you need to change your number on the car between each run and adding/removing a single strip of tape to make a 1 is a lot easier than changing a 5 to a 7.

I might be out of town for my best friends bachelor party. If we end up doing it a different weekend I'll sign up. I'll be doing the Porsche Club autoX this weekend and hopefully NWR the 2nd.

Not to hate on SCCA, but these events tend to get packed. I would hate for you all to go to a packed event and not get the full experience. When attending this popular SCCA (Portland and Seattle region) location th past 2 years at best I was able to get 6 to 8 runs in with 50+ entires.

If you are new to the sport or experienced looking for practice, the best club to run Packwood is NWAA. When I attend last year's event from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM I logged approximately 37 runs... On average the car club gets anywhere from 15 to 20 participants. Unfortunately, the club's last AutoX event at Packwood is this coming up weekend.... I guaranty you will not be disappointed after the experience.

By the way if you don't, believe look at the link below.
