XDA forum is your friend lol!

I use something called Nexus Root Toolkit for my N5 but the developer hasn't integrated support for the new Pixels yet still. It's just a bunch of automated scripts I can execute readily from the Windows app it's quite neat!

It should be outlined in said standard. Our shop only deals with ISO9001 so all I know is that it uses the other said standard...

I used to spend about as much time on XDA as I do here. It's been awesome getting back into the swing of things and recovering from a boot loop was the second thing I did with the phone after unlocking the boot loader lol. So great to mess around with.

Well, Phijkchu ..... it sorta works like this:

They measure the interference between two light waves as they beat slightly out of step, with a precision that is limited only by Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle, the most fundamental and unavoidable source of ‘fuzziness’ in the quantum world.

FYI, the Heisenberg uncertainty principle comes out of the mathematics describing the quantum world, in which particles exist in a 'superposition' of several states simultaneously, and have both a particle and a wave nature. It quantifies the fact that it is impossible to measure some pairs of properties of a quantum particle simultaneously as precisely as we like — for example, position and momentum.

Here is some interesting reading. I suggest you read through these references for a better understanding......
