NO, I never forget to nap. If for some reason I'm on the computer and it gets past my nap time, my head falls back on my high backed chair and I doze off, to be waken by me snoring. Then I get up and either ease into my recliner (good for an hour nap) or go to bed (good for at least a 2 hour nap).

I'm confused, if sitting on your computer helps to kickstart your nap then why go for meds?? Just get rid of your desktop and buy a laptop. Modern laptops are so slim that you can carry then in your back pocket.. sit on it all of the time.. nap anytime you like..
