You'll definitely need to ditch the Corsa with a catless headers.
I forgot about speed academy tossing a Corsa on their track build with a JDL equal length and it sounded terrible.

Dual resonated or catted + resonated front pipe and if it’s still raspy, could go to an exhaust shop and ask them to weld another resonator in the mid pipe or something.
