So much for the OP opening statement of "We all hate having front plates".
It offsets the driver, duh. Only RHD have that problem.

I couldn't care less about a front plate or not, but do prefer no plate when I'm running over cones... Once they get bent up from that its never the same. So I use the magnet trick.

Oh they would have to come off for that for sure.

I get a special alignment so I don't go in circles.

I had the Grimmspeed bracket and bought the Raceseng on sale last year.

Grimmspeed = no complaints. Nice product, nice price.
Raceseng = baller status. Really nice option if you do track days. Switch between your front plate and a tow hook in about a minute with a 4mm allen and 25mm wrench.

Because a 5% reduction in surface area does not impact engine cooling on a street driven car in any way.

You posted a picture of one of the few cars that has it mounted correctly. 99.345276% of cars I've seen with stock mount in the center have it mounted incorrectly much lower..

This is how mine is. Even mounted lower we are still talking under 10% which would have no impact at all on a stock car the street.

Now, if you have a bunch of coolers stacked and are hitting the track hard then ya it could be a concern.

Agree.

You happen to pick a car in the fastest color too.
