How does this compare to the original, albeit discontinued, Control Master Type Flex?

Front max out completely. Even one or two rings removed. Rear are maxed out in shock length, and have either half or an inch of threads left for pre-load (was really trying not to mess with that, but had to in order to even out the drop).

I'm assuming you're running LCA's as well? Any other suspension mods?

Whiteline rear LCA. No other suspension mods outside of that.

Question

I'm trying to search for solution to this. I plan to purchase a set in the future. Sometimes I carry things in my trunk, a guitar case most of the the time. I feel when the case moves or shfits, it will Just break or bend these tips. Can these tip/knobs be removed? Or is there a solution to where the knobs are not part of the trunk space. TIA

I have the EDFC motors, that's make a bigger risk to broke something with wild things in the trunk...
I put U shapped metal plate around it, screwed on the body of the car with screws for metal. I put some plastic protection around it.

if you put the Subaru OEM all-weather trunk liner in the trunk:
http://subaruonlineparts.com/subaru-...ay-p-1338.html

The knobs are protected by the liner (i took the rubber cover off the knobs). don't cut holes in the liner. The liner will just deform slightly to accommodate the knobs. It's unnoticeable as there's some space between the liner and the wall due to a lip.
